    Very friendly people! However they lost a mortgage payment sometime ago....THANK GOD I keep my receipts and could prove that I had paid. Their argument was that EVENTUALLY it would show up. I attempted to get an apology and they would not even issue an apology for their error. VERY CALLOUS in their treatment of my issue. I would advise banking elsewhere.
